The launch of our new gilets

The Little Stamford Co came about through my own experience of an expectant first time mum. Before children, training gun dogs and horse riding were my raison d’etre. They filled all my spare time. I tried so hard to find a little mini me gilet that was really nice quality but the only ones back then started at 4 years old. That felt ages to wait! So when I started the Little Stamford Co I knew that was one product I just had to bring to market. Plus they go so well with our Tattersall tops/bodysuits.

They’ve always been a customer favourite and this year we went about a new and better design. The new design is made from the same anti pill fleece and in the same colours as previous versions but they now come in the smaller size of 3-6 months so even the tiniest of baby can have a Schoffel style baby gilet. We paid close attention to quality trim with a metal zip and soft leather look (and washable!) trim and neck guard as well as a small embroidered logo. The gilet is classic yet understated and I’m happy we’ve been able to offer it at a price point that I know I was comfortable with as let’s face it, they grow so fast! They are a generous size to allow for growing room so buy your usual size.
