You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us if it isn't quite right.
To return an order, please email us first at email@example.com to authorise your return. Please include your original order number.
All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging where applicable. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs.
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns unless the item is faulty. Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
Please note that returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
