Refund policy

We are confident you will love your order but you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us if it isn't quite right.  

To return an order, please email us first at info@littlestamford.com to authorise your return. Please include your order number. Alternatively you can initiate a return by logging on to your account. 

We cannot refund or exchange any garments that have been used, washed or damaged. Items must be returned new, unused, and unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging where applicable.
Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.
Please include the name of the person who made the order, the order number and your phone number and email inside the package.

Final sales items are non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns unless the item is faulty. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package. 

Returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
